Background The Sites Former Fire Hall site: 200 Ioco Road Current Works Yard site: 3250 Murray Street Located within an established development node. Supported by a significant rapid transit investment, with the opening of the Inlet Centre SkyTrain Station. Adjacent to the City s vibrant Civic Centre, which includes the Recreation Complex, Inlet Theatre, City Hall, Public Library, Shoreline Trail, playing fields, tennis courts and Burrard Inlet. The City envisions connectivity to these public amenities, as well as to Newport Village and Suter Brook Village. Feedback December 4 Information Session The City hosted an information session as part of the Official Community Plan (OCP) and rezoning process for redevelopment of the two sites.
