It is difficult to consider this lower level a basement even though it is technically called one. From the staircase heading west, the hall immediately opens to a small den area for watching TV, sitting, reading, or taking a nap. A door at the back of the den leads to the laundry room with Maytag washer and dryer, sink, counters, cabinets, storage, and the mechanical room. The home has radiant heat. Two additional bedrooms are down the corridor, sharing a very contemporary bathroom. Both bedrooms are painted and decorated with bright colors, have nice views, walk-in closets, and ample space.
