Fulham Flats There are 6 individual one-bedroom flats in a 3 storey building on Fulham Road. Flats are on Fulham Road; only 10 minutes walk from Gloucester Road underground station and 15 minutes walk from South Kensington underground station. Go to Gloucester Road or South Kensington underground station and take a Circle line (Yellow) train towards Paddington and get off at Notting Hill Gate. Leave the station by the south side exit 2. The school is directly above the station. Total travelling time is approx 20 minutes. All year round between 12.00pm and 10.00pm. Check out by 10.00am. 1 bedroom flats. Each flat has a fitted kitchen fully equipped with a washing machine, fridge, cooker, kettle, microwave, plates and cutlery. The living area consists of a double sofa bed, 4-seat dining table, coffee table and TV. Bed linen is provided but students are required to provide their own towels. Wi-Fi available. Emergency number provided in case of emergency and a 24 hours sitting warden.

DAWES HOUSE Dawes House is a 3 storey Victorian House on Dawes Road. It provides accommodation for 12 International students at a time. All rooms are with central heating. Dawes House is on Dawes Road, only 15 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway underground station. Go to Fulham Broadway underground station and take a District line (Green) train towards Edgware Road and get off at Notting Hill Gate. Leave the station by the south side exit 2. The school is directly above the station. Total travelling time is approx 30 minutes. All year round between 12.00pm and 10.00pm. Check out by 10.00am. Single and shared twin basic rooms. One twin room contains its own private bathroom and kitchen. Fitted kitchen equipped with cooker, kettle, plates and cutlery. Two shared bathrooms, one extra toilet, and a common room. Bed linen provided but students are required to provide their own towels. Wi-Fi available. Emergency number provided.

FAIRHOLME HOUSE Fairholme House is a 3 storey Victorian building with a basement, on the corner of Fairholme Road and Glenstanes Road. It provides accommodation for 15 students at a time. All rooms are with central heating, washing basin, TV and fridge; four rooms are en-suite and 3 are studios. Fairholme House is on Fairholme Road, only 10 minutes; walk from west Kensington underground station. Go to West Kensington underground station and take a District line (Green) train towards Edgware Road and get off at Notting Hill Gate. Leave the station by the south side exit 2. The school is directly above the station. Total travelling time is approx 25 minutes. All year round and after arrival between 12.00pm and 10.00pm. Check out by 10.00am. There are 3 studios, 11 single rooms, 4 of which are en-suite. Each room has its own washbasin, fridge and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, kettle, plates and cutlery etc. There are 2-shared bathrooms in the building. There is also washing and drying machine in the building and Wi-Fi is available. Bed linen is provided but students are required to bring their own towels. The rooms are cleaned weekly. Emergency number provided in case of emergency. Night warden available.

NOTTING HILL GATE Half-board Student Residence Our Notting Hill residence is situated in a quiet residential street; just a few minutes away from the famous Portobello Road street market. It is within a walking distance of Kensington Gardens, Bayswater, Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate station. We only occupy a limited number of single and twin basic rooms. Notting Hill Residence is on Ladbroke Road, only 5 minutes walk from the College. Head northeast on Ladbroke Road towards Horbury Mews and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Pembridge Road and when you reach Notting Hill Gate, you will see the college building on the other side of the road, next to the south side exit of Notting Hill Gate underground station. All year round but limited availability Notting Hill Gate residence has a 24-hour reception; upon arrival you will be shown your room and told about our health and safety regulations. Please note that there will be a 30 key deposit. Deposits will be made refundable once your key is returned to reception at the end of your stay. between 12.00pm and 10.00pm. Check out by 10.00am. Monday to Friday Breakfast will be served between 7.00 am and 8.15 am Dinner between 6.30 pm and 8.00 pm. Saturday and Sunday Breakfast will be served between 7.00am and 8.15 am Lunch between 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm. Single and shared (with one other student) basic rooms. TV room, shared lounge, dining room, common room, coin operated launderette, state of the art gym, and a garden. Bed linen is provided but students are required to provide their own towels. Penywern House Penywern House is a 5 storey Victorian House on Penywern Road. It provides accommodation for 21 International students at a time. All rooms are with central heating. Penywern House is on Penywern Road, only 5 minutes walk from Earl s Court underground station. Go to Earl s Court underground station and take a District line (Green) train towards Edgware Road and get off at Notting Hill Gate. Leave the station by the south side exit 2. The school is directly above the station. Total travelling time is approx 15 minutes. All year round between 12.00pm and 10.00pm. Check out by 10.00am. There are 13 single rooms with a private shower, 4 basic rooms, 1 single room with bathroom and kitchen and 2 shared rooms with a private shower. Each room has its own fridge and TV. Kitchens are fully equipped with cooker, kettle, plates and cutlery etc. There are 4-shared bathrooms and 2 extra toilets in the building. There is also a coinoperated launderette in the building and Wi-Fi is available. Bed linen is provided but students are required to bring their own towels. On week minimum stay. No maximum stay. Emergency number provided in case of emergency. Night warden available.

Shepherd s Bush House Shepherd s Bush House is a four storey Edwardian house situated on Uxbridge Road. The house is divided into five 3 bedroom flats. Each flat contains 2 twin rooms, 1 single room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Shepherd s Bush House is on Uxbridge Road and only a 5-minute walk from Shepherd s Bush underground station. Go to Shepherd s Bush underground station (Central Line) take a Central line (Red) train towards Liverpool Street and get off at Notting Hill Gate. Leave the station by the south side exit 2. The school is directly above the station. Total travelling time is approx 15 minutes. All year round but limited availability between 12.00pm and 10.00pm. Check out by 10.00am.
