Greenpoint Terminal Warehouse Built in the 1890 s, this landmark structure played a huge role in the American Industrial Revolution. Once a rope manufacturing center, producing twine and oakum for the shipyards along the East River, now a repurposed industrial center for events and social gatherings. IMPORTANT Terms and conditions for all BK Venues Properties: Half of the rental fee along with a signed agreement is required to book a date and space. A refundable security deposit and remaining rental fee must be paid 30 days prior to your event. Rental fee is for a 14-hour rental duration. Access to the venue starts at 11am: guest portion ends at 1am. Vendor load-out and clean-up is from 1am-2am. All guests must be off the property by 1am. A general liability insurance is required for all events at our locations: a liquor liability component must be checked off if you wish to serve alcohol at your event. There are no restrictions on vendors except for valet and security, should your event require these services. The vendors of your choice are responsible for providing the food, staff, linen, glassware, flatware, and all other ancillary components for your event. Caterers will have access to our kitchen prep area for set-up and storage. All prep spaces are equipped with running water, sink, fridge, some counter space and electricity. All equipment must be delivered and picked up on the event day. We offer chairs and/or tables for rental. Client is responsible for set-up and breakdown of rented chairs and tables.
