REVIEW AND DETERMINATIONS Pursuant to Minnesota Rules 7690.1430, Department Staff conducted a completeness review of Minnesota Waste Wise s Petition. Based on this review, Department Staff have determined that the Minnesota Waste Wise Petition includes the information required in Minnesota Rules 7690.0500. Pursuant to Minnesota Rules 7690.1430, Department Staff shall accept written comments on Minnesota Waste Wise's Petition from interested parties through February 21, 2008. Written replies to those comments will be accepted through March 7, 2008. Written comments and reply comments must be filed with the Department, the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, and other parties on the CIP general service list pursuant to Minnesota Rules 7690.1430. This determination of completeness does not constitute a conclusion on the merits of Minnesota Waste Wise s Petition. A decision on the merits of the filing will be made following the Department Staff s forthcoming analysis and recommendations to the Deputy Commissioner of the Department.
