Proudlock, 5 Bruno Ridge Drive expressed his opposition to the proposed Minor Variance Application as a building permit was not issued and the structure is visible from surrounding properties and park areas.

In the opinion of the Committee, the variance is not minor in nature and is not considered an appropriate or desirable development and does not meet the general intent of the Official Plan and Zoning By-law. Based on the opposition from the neighbours it can easily be moved.
