The property owner has requested a conditional use to permit a two-family dwelling unit on the subject property. The applicant has proffered that the second dwelling would be for an immediate family member (Proffered Condition 1). The property is current zoned Residential (R-15). The circumstances relevant to this case, as presented by the applicant/owner, have been reviewed, and it has been determined that the proposed zoning will result in minimal impact on capital facilities.
