DISCUSSION: The petitioners, Marlton Recovery Partners, LLC., is offering to dedicate the sanitary sewer easement lying on property on the east side of Buckingham Road north of Santa Rosalia Drive, over the properties substantially shown hatched on Exhibit "B". The easement is being offered for dedication, in order to connect to the existing public sewer in Bromont Avenue to provide sewerage facilities for the proposed tract. The easement is being offered for dedication, in order that the sanitary sewer being constructed can be accepted as part of the public sanitary sewer system. The easement is required to complete the project on the east side of Buckingham Road north of Santa Rosalia Drive. The sanitary sewer facilities are being constructed in a manner satisfactory to the City Engineer and have been suitably guaranteed by B-Permit No. BR 003081. The investigation fees required under Sections 7.3 and 7.41.1 of the Administrative Code have been paid by the petitioner. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The Bureau of Engineering has determined that this project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act of 1970, pursuant to the categorical exemptions included in the City of Los Angeles Guidelines under Article Ill, Class 5(19).
