IFCI Limited Patna Regional Office, Patna Appendix Details and Terms & Conditions I) The quotation/rates may be sent by post or dropped in tender box available at Reception in IFCI, Patna Regional Office. II) The quotation/rates in a sealed cover super scribing on top Quotation/rates for old office Equipment/Furniture etc. of IFCI Ltd. Patna Regional Office with the name and full address of the bidder should be sent to: Deputy General Manager IFCI Limited, Patna Regional Office Block-C, 3 rd Floor, Mauryalok Complex Dakbunglow Road, Patna-800001.(Bihar) E-mail: pat.rohead@ifciltd.com so as to reach latest by 4:00 PM on 13/04/2017. Quotation/rates should be complete in all respects and should reach latest by the stipulated date and time. Incomplete quotation/rates received later than the stipulated date and time shall be summarily rejected. The sealed quotations/bids will be opened on 17/04/2017. III) Submission of the quotation/rates on the prescribed proforma (Annexure-I & II) within the above stated period shall be responsibility of the interested parties. However, the quotation/rates are liable to be rejected outright and shall not be evaluated if the parties fails to meet the deadline. IFCI will not be responsible for postal delay, if any. IV) Any modification in offer after the opening date, will not be considered. V) Interested parties before submitting quotations/rates can inspect the old office Equipment/Furniture etc. between 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM from 10/04/2017 to 12/04/2017. It may be noted that no clarification / information after closure of the last date of receipt of quotation, would be entertained. VI) This sale is based on As-is-where-is basis and as-is-what-is-basis and no expenses shall be incurred by IFCI Ltd. towards the repair / renovation in whatsoever manner. VII) IFCI Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations/rates or cancel the process without assigning any reason. VIII) Quotation/rates must be accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) by way of Demand Draft in favour of IFCI Ltd. payable at New Delhi. The quotation / bid, without EMD will be summarily rejected. EMD of the successful party will be adjusted in the final payment to be received from him. EMD of the unsuccessful parties will be returned subsequently. IX) The sale will be awarded to the party who quotes the highest price/value (H-1) in respective lots (total 5 lots). Interested party must quote their rates in each & every

category. X) On acceptance of offer of the parties, all the listed equipment/ items have to be taken possession of and removed from the premises by the awarded party within 05 days from the date of acceptance after making full and final payment by way of Demand Draft. XI) The successful party has to bear the entire expenses pertaining to the labour / transfer / dismantling/ transportation Charges etc. of old office Equipment/Furniture etc. from the present location.
