Summary of Decision Made by the Home Ownership Committee Paper Number : HOC 96 /2001 Paper Title : Tenants Purchase Scheme Phase 5 Date of Meeting : 4 January 2002 Summary of Recommendations Members were invited to approve (a) sale prices as set out in Annexes B, C and D; (b) Intention Money of $2,500; (c) (d) (e) (f) (g) the management fee levels for Phase 5 estates as set out in Annex E; the contribution of a Maintenance Fund of $14,000 per flat and the time frame for contribution; the lump sum contribution of $0.84 M to the management funds of the Phase 5 estates in respect of the use of facilities by adjoining HOS estates; the refinement of minor operational arrangements; and declassification of the paper.
