Section 8.2.10.k (7) (c) iii & iv - Type D Buffer CODE states Table 8-15 provides the required buffer type when a proposed use is abutting an existing use, or, in the absence of an existing use, the existing zoning. APPLICANT requests waiver because this project requires a Type D buffer along a portion of the south boundary which contains a utility easement and overhead electric by Sumter Electric.
