Housing estate Mirador de La Fontanilla The housing estate Mirador de la Fontanilla is ideally located in La Atalaya, one of the best areas in Conil de la Frontera, just 300m far from both La Fontanilla Beach and Los Bateles Beach, where fine architectural detached houses are predominant. Moreover, the old part of town is five minutes' walk from there. It is a very much relaxing and family area, where a walk can be taken while enjoying the landscapes. Shops, market, supermarket, health center, etc.. can be found within easy walking distance. A wide range gastronomic offer can be found in the surroundings, from specialized restaurants in serving fresh, local seafood or fried fish, italian restaurants, hamburger bars, pizza parlor until steakhouses. The housing estate offers a communal swimming pool too which remains open from May the 1st until October the 15th due to the wonderful temperature in Conil de la Frontera. It also includes communal landscaped areas, creating a cosy residential. It provides an underground private parking garage completely free of charge, even though there are wide street parking areas. The atmosphere is quite familial and quiet so that everybody can en joy and rest. The residential is also surrounded by a wall, creating a sense of well-being and safety. Living Room A serving bar, quite useful for taking breakfast or some appetizer, sorts out the kitchen from the living room, which leads directly to the private backyard, absolutely bright during the day. Two different atmospheres can be enjoyed there: On the one hand, there is a table that seats 4, fairly ideal for the meals taken in the apartment. On the other hand, there is a sofa, two stylish chairs, a small table and a standard lamp, ideal for relaxing, reading or watching TV (40 inch LED smart TV).
The room features a double bed, two bedside tables, a 2-meters wide wardrobe built into the wall, completely lined with wood. The large window, being one of the sides of the room, leads directly to the private backyard. Bed linen included. Master Bedroom
Bedroom The room features two twin beds, which could be pushed together, a bedside table and a 150 cm wide wood wardrobe. The large window leads to the front door, allowing so natural light to come in through it. A baby cot / crib is at your disposal if needed. Bed linen included.
Bathroom and Kitchen The bathroom is located between the bedrooms and it features a bath and a shower, basin / sink and WC. Hand and bath towel included. The kitchen features a great deal of household appliances needed while your stay, e.g. a washing machine, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a mixer, a toaster and an iron. It also includes cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for 4 (water glasses, wine cups, rum and coke cups, beer jars, coffee / tea cups...)
Main terrace It has got around 25 m2 of artificial grass and as much again of tiled floor, where there is a table that seats 4 and 2 deckchairs so as to sunbathe. Moreover, it has two awnings to provide shade over the tiled floor.
The housing state Mirador de la Fontanilla makes available a 15m length and 8m wide communal swimming pool. Swimming pool It also has green areas, showers and bathrooms. It is opened from 1st May to 15th October thanks to the warm climate in Conil de la Frontera.
Front entrance and car park area and useful to let the beach stuff (parasol, chairs, etc...), to have a shower or to wash one's feet. The rental also includes an exclusive car park in the underground, specifically the number 37.
Contidions and services Check-in: 17 pm to 21 pm. Check-out and tenant key return: 09 am to 11 am. Deposit: One week before arrival, deposit by bank transfer 150 euros as a deposit, which will be returned also by bank transfer (24 hours after departure) when it is verified that the apartment and its contents are returned in good condition. Payment policy: 30% when booking by bank transfer and the 70% cash in hand at check-in.
