We care about the safety of the community and want to address this as soon as possible. We have at least two real estate agents in our community. In this issue I will introduce you to Vanessa Alday: I am a native of the area; I grew up in Green Valley and Arivaca. I have been licensed since 2007. Prior to Real Estate I was in the Education field; all positions from teacher's aide to director of a preschool. After completing my bachelor degree in Psychology, I worked in behavioral health for a short time prior to deciding to get back in to real estate. My advice for anyone looking to purchase real estate: Take your TIME and do your homework! This is a big purchase and can be very exciting which at times makes people want to jump into homes they think will work for them. I always advise my clients to take their time to really look at all homes and different areas. The more knowledgeable you are going into a big transaction such as buying a home the happier you will be in the end.
