As well as the railway station, Orvieto has the exit of the A1 highway (one of the most important roads in Italy), from where you travel around 10 km in the main road, full of supermarket and shops, to reach a dirt road that after 2 km leads you to the house. This road is scattered by villas and stone-houses, (even if you can't see them) and the landscape is enriched by vineyards of Orvieto's D.O.C. wines and groves. This Villa has only one building divided in two floors and the garden is not enclosed.
