Dr. Veracc thanked the architects and cnstructin managers wh, alng with Bill Ledyard, put in plenty f extra wrk t help us attain this incentive mney. $70,000 is a large amunt f mney and just gets us mre fr ur kids. FY 2015 Funding per ADM The Indiana Department f Educatin has finalized the schl funding frmula fr fiscal year 2015. These cmputatins were made based n the State s current budget allcatin fr K-12 Educatin. Mr. James prvided a detail f the Funding per ADM fr all Indiana schl crpratins (public and charter). Mr. James discussed the data cntained therein. Janice Malchw asked if the legislature will be increasing the fundatin (base/mney paid per student). Hward Marshall asked why Highland s cmplexity grant is duble Lake Centrals and hw that is figured. Janice Malchw asked if administratrs have shared this reprt with the legislatrs they met with. Janice Malchw stated that she has heard talk frm the legislatrs that they have lt f respect fr what Lake Central has dne and they recgnize it and it is nted by the legislatrs. 2. Dnatins Actin Required Mr. Tm Clark, LCHS teacher, received a check in the amunt f $300 frm the BP Fabric f America prgram. Mr. Clark was nminated by Richard Slan, a BP emplyee and LCHS parent. Mr. Clark intends t use the dnatin tward his Vietnam Prject. The LCHS Girls Sccer Team als received a check in the amunt f $300 frm the BP Fabric f America prgram. LCHS was nminated by Terrence Tmera, a BP emplyee. Prtsman Elementary Schl received a check in the amunt f $150 frm the BP Fabric f America prgram. Prtsman was nminated by Jhn Vater, a BP emplyee. Hman Elementary Schl recently raised $1,274.56 fr Riley Children s Hspital. Students were encuraged t participate in a Wacky Wardrbe Week and bring in a dnatin. Hman wuld like t dnate the entire $1,214.01 raised t the Hspital. The Lake Central High Schl Theatre Prgram wuld like t dnate $300 t Bradway Cares Equality Fights AIDS. The High Schl Theatre Prgram recently held a benefit night fr Beverly Hughes, a parent f an LCHS student wh is battling cancer.
