STAFF ANALYSIS Petitioner s Submittal The petitioner is requesting a 2-lot subdivision, for 5701 Oakton Street on 1 lot in an R2 Single-Family district and for 7700 Gross Point Road on 1 lot in an M1 Office Assembly Industry district. The subdivision is necessary to bring the property into compliance with the Skokie Village Code since the existing property occupies multiple subdivisions.
