Auction Terms & Conditions Bid on any individual tracts, combination of tracts, or the entire offering. PROCEDURE: The assets will be offered in 6 individual tracts, any combination of tracts, or in their entirety. The assets will be sold in the manner resulting in the highest total sales price. The price bid at auction on Tracts 2, 4 and 6 will be for the fixtures and goodwill only. Inventory purchase price shall be calculated separately and added to the bid price on or before closing. INVENTORY PURCHASE PRICE: Bidders of Tracts 2, 4, and 6 must purchase the remaining inventory at the respective Tract location at the time of closing.
