Also our little darling Ralph 'Peace Perfect Peace' [Also a small loose broken plaque] L..LY M DARBY AGED 13 YEARS...DE WITH ME Note: This is Lily M Darby (probably M for Maryann) daughter Charles Darby Jnr and Maryann. She was born in 1888 at Gundaroo and, At 13 years, she died in 1900. The plaque was stolen from the cemetery, probably in the 1990s. 3 [Grave with iron railings but no identification] 4 ihs In memoriam Ruth Walmsley Died 3rd Decr. 1907, Aged 67 years. and her two sons C.I. and A.R. Walmsley aged respectively 6 years and 1 year. also Charles Walmsley. beloved husband the above died 6th May 1913, aged 86 years. Sadly missed and not forgotten. LXXXIX -48' 9 William Willoughby, died Nov 12th 1929, aged 50 years. 10 Sacred to the Memory Emily Ada the dearly beloved wife John E Ireland (late Lithgow) who died suddenly 13th May 1921 aged 50 years. also in memory Edmund George Ireland her dear son aged 19 1/2 years. who gave his life for his country in the Great War reported missing at Gallipoli April 1915. (Note: he is also remembered on a plaque at Lone Pine, Turkey.) [separate memorial] V.M. McCalman 18.6.29 aged 38 years. 11 In memory Sarah Jane beloved wife Thomas Murty, who departed this life 4th May 1878,

aged 25 years. 'Oh may the grave become to me a bed peaceful rest whence I shall gladly rise at length And mingle with the blest.' [Footstone] S.J.M. 12 [iron railings] In memory Ann the beloved wife James Booth died 17th February 1877 aged 27 years 'So teach us to number our days that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.' Also born at West Wemyss Scotland on the 5th March 1836 Died at Strathfield 5th November 1923 'To live in hearts I leave behind is not to die' [west side] [small metal plaque] Alice Clara L Affleck died 23rd May 1929 [north side] Sacred to the memory Ann Affleck, beloved wife who died 12 day January 1878 aged 72 years. also born on 23rd January 1803 died 22nd October 1888 'All flesh is as grass and all the glory man as the flower grass The grass withereth and the flower there falleth away' [east side] In afectionate remembrance eldest son, who died 8th day June 1881, aged 14 years and 8 months also Isabella (Anderson) Affleck, born 25th April 1835, at Aberdeenshire died 1st August 1913, at Strathfield

Sadly missed but hope to meet again. [other memorials] [1. (broken)] Erected by John W. C. Affleck in loving remembrance his father died 5th March 1923, aged 87 years [note inconsistency with date 5th November 1923 58 lines above] also his step-mother Isabella Anderson Affleck died 1st August 1913 aged 78 years. and his wife Alice Clara Lily White died 23rd May 1929, aged 67 years [2. broken] Erected by in affectionate remembrance his father who died 22 October 1888, aged 85. also his mother Ann Affleck who died 12 January 1878, aged 72. also his wife Catherine Cameron, who died 17th February, 1870 aged 26 also his son Arthur who died 8th June 1881 aged 15.
