Residential Building Projects House on the Hill at Gooram When Matt visited the site to build the house on the hill near Mt Cecilia he said to the customer that he needs to build a road from the main road to the house site. So the bulldozers were engaged to construct the winding road to the house location and also further up the hill to where the machinery shed was erected. The House was a challenge to all the trades who worked there because they all had to work out of the ordinary. From the living area and the main bedroom, the views of the hills are magnificent. The open living has high rake/bell ceilings spanning 14,200 mm. With 30o pitch gal roof, a verandah with balustrade all the way around the house. This is a spectacular house on the hill with a modest outlook.
