Approach to project management We manage our projects by interviewing and retaining the best. Many clients have shared frustration from prior transactions of dealing with their brokers in-house project managers. While many are very capable, they don t always have the specialized experience or time to serve a client at the level they deserve. For this reason, Grillo Commercial Real Estate does not have an internal project management team. We manage our projects by interviewing and retaining the best qualified architects, designers, furniture suppliers, technology experts and project managers based on the needs of your project.
