Coming Soon Requires exclusive listing agreement AND the seller s permission (form) Brokers may elect not to allow their agents to enter Coming Soon listings May not be shown while Coming Soon. However, they may be advertised by the listing office. Coming Soon listing status only available to Participants and Subscribers. Not be included in RETS feeds, not available on broker, agent, public or syndication websites, including MLSPINHomes.com. However, Coming Soon listings will be able to be manually emailed to customers. Days on Market ( DOM ) do not accrue while a listing is under the Coming Soon listing status. Must include an Expected On-Market Date. This is the date when the listing Participant or Subscriber expects the listing to be Active. Cannot exceed 21 days from the date the listing is Filed under the Coming Soon listing status. Automatically NEW on Expected On-Market Date.

Coming Soon Use of the Coming Soon listing status is limited to 21 days. Will be able to add virtual tours, photographs, and listing documents. All fields required for an Active listing will also be required when entering a Coming Soon listing. Listing Participants or Subscribers will have the ability to remove Coming Soon listings from view in their searches, much as they can now remove Contingent listings. If a listing is sold during the Coming Soon period, it may be recorded as Sold in Pinergy.
