This project is fully funded by the State as long as the project is completed within one year. UNFINISHED BUSINESS 8A PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ORDINANCES 8A.1 O-12-3 Amend Chapter 232, Residential Property Maintenance (Introduction on February 21, 2012) (Public Hearing & Adoption on March 6, 2012) This Ordinance amends and Supplements Chapter 232 entitled Property Maintenance and adopts the International Property Maintenance Code 2012, in part, to protect the public health, safety, morals and welfare of citizens and inhabitants of the Township of Howell by establishing minimum standards governing the maintenance, appearance, condition and occupancy of residential premises. 9.
