We hereby request that either: a) The applicant's zoning approval be conditional upon payment to Dormer King nc. for the foregoing municipal services and the land taken from Dormer King in favour of the road allowance; Or: b) Conditions be included in the applicant's Draft Plan Approval stipulating that a Cost Sharing Agreement between the applicant and Dormer King nc. be executed and that the aforementioned payment for the benefitting services and land be made to Dormer King prior to Final Approval. The purpose of the proposed Zoning By-law Amendment is to rezone the subject lands from "Residential Urban (RU) Zone" under By-law 275, as amended, to "Semi-detached One (RD) Zone" under By-law 33-96, as amended. The purpose of the proposed draft Plan of Subdivision is to facilitate a residential development comprising eight (8) semi-detached dwelling units.
