WALBOURG INVENTORY INDEX: 1738-1790 HAGUENAU 6E16/288 The earliest Walbourg inventory records are found in Haguenau 6E16 Bundle 288: 1738-1790. The following information is derived from an index, in German, created by Jean-Marie Klipfel and recorded in the book entitled Notariat Ancien De Haguenau (Inventaires), which can be found in the Archives of Bas Rhine in Strasbourg. This presumably represents the entire contents of Bundle 288. These records are of interest for genealogy research in Soufflenheim as Appolonia Ehrling, wife of Laurent Jeck of Soufflenheim, is from Walbourg according to their 1715 marriage record. Martin Schlosser, also from Walbourg, is mentioned in the 1738 Inventory of Elisabetha Hardter. He was almost certainly the husband of Anna Maria Uhrich, daughter of Michel Uhrich & Veronica Schaeffter. Interpretation and translation primarily performed by Mark Drexler, August 2016.
