Funding: There is no funding required for this item. Background: A Utility Easement is required by the City of Vero Beach to provide power for new buildings on properties located at 7025-7075 41 st Street. Analysis: Strengths: Weakness: This Utility Easement will allow us to provide new electrical service to these buildings. There is no existing Utility Easement available which would allow us to provide power to this location. Opportunities: This will enable us to add new customers to the Electric Grid, which will produce additional revenue for the City of Vero Beach. Threats: No known threats. TF/mp Enclosures
