7. During the e-auction bidders will be allowed to offer higher bid in inter-se bidding over and above the last bid quoted. If there is any bid entered in the system by any bidder before 5 minutes of close of the bid time, then automatically a period of 10 minutes will be extended and the same process will be continued for unlimited period. 8.
