The balance 75% of the purchase price have to be paid within 15 days of acceptance/confirmation of sale. In default the earnest money or 25% of amount will be forfeited and the property shall forthwith sold again by the secured creditor. However, after 15 days the Authorized Officer reserves the discretion to extend the period of payment of 75% of amount on receipt of acceptable reasons in writing from such successful bidder.
