The applicant will return the Post Approval Requirements List along with the required documents in a packet with the documents arranged in the order shown on the list. Item # 2: Post Approval Fees: The applicant is required to pay all remaining fees when submitting the post approval packet. If an extension is granted, the fees must be paid within 60 days from the date of the development order. Checks should be made payable to Martin County Board of County Commissioners. Item # 3: Recording Costs: The applicant is responsible for all recording costs. The Phase 1 site area is currently under construction and is approximately 131.03 acres with 33 single family lots and associated infrastructure. The subject property is located in Southern Martin County along SE Island Way between Jonathan Dickinson State Park and the Palm Beach County line. Included in this application is a request for a certificate of public facilities exemption. The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approved the Third Amendment to the PUD zoning agreement on February 17, 2015. The Phase 1 Final Site Plan was approved by the BCC on September 22, 2015 and the Plat was approved on February 23, 2016. The project is serviced by regional water and wastewater services provided by the City of Jupiter and ENCON respectively. C.
