Such endowment shah be payable in terms of the provisions of section 81 of the said Ordinance read with tection 95 thereof. 1.6 ACCESS Ingress to the township and egre&s from the township shall be restricted to a single Ingress and egress point along Veldenia Street via erf 1521. 1. 7 ACCEPTANCE AND DISPOSAL OF STORM WATER The township owner shall, at it's cost. arrange for the drainage of the township to fit in with that of Veldenia street and for all storm water running or being diverted tom the mentioned road to be received and disposed of to the satisfaction ot the local authority. 1.8 REMOVAL OR REPLACEMENT OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES. If, by reason of the establishment of the township, It should become necessary to remove or replace any existing municipality services, the cost theregt shall be bame by the 1ownship owner. 1.9 DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES. The township owner shall at its own expense cause ad existing buildings and structures to be damoli&hed to the &atisfadion of the local authofily, when required by the local authority to do so. 2.
