The RMIT Publishing Team at VALA 2012 Dear Delegate, Welcome to the RMIT Publishing stand at VALA 2012. This year we are pleased to present some exciting developments including the addition of the Informit Literature & Culture Collection to the ever-evolving Informit suite. This will be officially launched on the VALA Red Carpet at 1pm on Tuesday 7 February. We are also proud to be sponsors of the RMIT Publishing/ VALAtech Boot Camp series, which will run throughout the conference. As the leading provider of online research specialising in Australasian content, we are always on the lookout for opportunities to work closely with those involved in technical innovation. In 2011, we implemented the FAST indexing system so we can deliver more information through our databases faster. As always, we are grateful for the opportunity the VALA Conference presents to meet librarians from across the country and from a variety of backgrounds. We hope you enjoy our programme, and look forward to speaking with you about what you do and what we can offer to enhance the user experience at your library.
