Description Sticklands is set in a peaceful location, with a southerly aspect and stunning views over rolling countryside. All properties benefit from the views. The current owners use the main residence and let the other two properties as holiday cottages. There is potential to develop a holiday business. Alternatively, the properties could be let long term, as all have full residential consent, or would be perfect for multiple families. The Barn Exquisitely converted in 2006, The Barn has retained much of its charm from the old building, along with new materials and modern attributes, including under floor heating, exposed beams and Travertine stone and oak flooring. There is an exceptional family living area merging seamlessly into a bespoke kitchen with a combination of elm and cream painted units, granite work surfaces and Rayburn. The oak framed living space is very spacious, with vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling glazing, creating an open aspect to the garden and countryside beyond. A red brick herringbone inglenook houses the woodburner. There are two superb reception rooms. The living room has an oak beamed ceiling, oak flooring and Jetmaster open fire. The dining hall has large glazed panels set within the original barn arches, again, creating an open double aspect across the courtyard and the garden. A stunning contemporary oak and glass staircase leads to a mezzanine walkway into the dining hall s vaulted ceiling. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, all with very well presented en-suite bathrooms. The principal bedroom, with American walnut flooring, has a large walk-in wardrobe and a sumptuous en-suite bathroom.
