II IMPORTANT: CONDITIONS IMPOSED WHEN A FOREIGN PERSON IS GRANTED APPROVAL TO BUY RESTRICTED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT SENTOSA COVE ( SENTOSA COVE PROPERTY ) UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY ACT Owner occupation Ownership of one restricted property Disposal of existing restricted residential property If the applicant owns an existing restricted residential property If the applicant owns an existing HDB flat The Sentosa Cove Property must be owner-occupied. The successful applicant is only allowed to own one restricted residential property in Singapore. Wherever applicable, the successful applicant is required to dispose of his interests in existing restricted residential property as follows: Stage of completion of Sentosa Cove Property (a) Land & Building under construction Where the Sentosa Cove Property is under construction. (b) Completed Building, pending issuance of title Where the Temporary Occupation Permit or Certificate of Statutory Completion for the Sentosa Cove Property has been issued but separate legal title has not been issued. (c) Completed Building with title issued Where separate title has been issued for the Sentosa Cove Property. Time period to dispose of existing restricted residential Property Within 3 months from the date of issue of Temporary Occupation Permit or Certificate of Statutory Completion for the Sentosa Cove Property, whichever is earlier. Within 3 months from the date the seller of the Sentosa Cove Property delivers vacant possession of the property to the applicant. On or before the date of legal completion of the purchase of the Sentosa Cove Property.
