The persons or companies incorporated in Hong Kong (companies not incorporated in Hong Kong are not eligible) interested in purchasing any of the specified residential properties must follow the procedures below:-

1. A person who has already submitted Registration(s) of Intent ( the registrant(s) ) (if the registrant is a company incorporated in Hong Kong, then any one of its directors) shall personally attend Fu Sing Shark Fin Seafood Restaurant at 1/F Grand Millennium Plaza, 181 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan ( The Registration Location ) before attending the sale at THE PAVILIA HILL Sales Office at G/F - 3/F, Cosco Tower, Grand Millennium Plaza, 183 Queen s Road Central, Sheung Wan ( THE PAVILIA HILL Sales Office ) on first date of sale according to the check-in timeslot for registrants in the ballot results posted by the Agent appointed by the Vendor. The registrants must bring along their H.K.I.D. Card(s) or Passport(s) (as the case may be) or Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation, the latest Annual Return of the registrant and H.K.I.D. Card of the Director of the registrant (if applicable), blank cheque(s) and the official receipt for the Registration of Intent. The registrants whose identities have been verified by the Agent appointed by the Vendor shall proceed to select the specified residential properties which are still available at the time of selection in the order of priority according to the ballot results. The order of submissions of Registration of Intent will not have any impact on the order of priority for selecting the specified residential properties. Before entering into the Preliminary Agreement of Sale and Purchase in respect of any specified residential property, the registrant may request the Agent appointed by the Vendor on spot to add the immediate family member(s) as joint purchaser(s) provided that the registrant must provide the relevant supporting documents to the satisfaction of the Agent appointed by the Vendor to prove the relationship(s). Registrants who arrive at The Registration Location at any time later than the checkin timeslot for registrants assigned in the ballot results shall not be eligible to select the specified residential properties in the order of priority according to the ballot results. 2. The registrants who have submitted the registration in accordance with points 4, 5 and 6 below shall be eligible for the balloting. Individual registrant(s) shall be entitled to maximum of 2 balloting rights and company registrant(s) shall be entitled to only 1 balloting right. A higher priority will be given to the balloting right of which the number of residential properties intended to be purchased as indicated in the corresponding Registration of Intent is higher (the maximum number of residential properties intended to be purchased as indicated is two and the minimum is one). If the Registration of Intent indicating the same numbers of residential properties to be purchased are more than one, the priority among the corresponding balloting rights will be determined by balloting. The registrant must purchase the number of specified residential properties intended to be purchased as indicated in the corresponding Registration of Intent, and if that registrant is not able to make such a purchase, that registrant shall not be eligible to select and purchase any of the specified residential properties in the order of priority according to the ballot results. The specified residential properties purchased by the registrant via one balloting right, whether for one unit or two units, must be grouped in one preliminary agreement for sale and purchase. 3. The balloting will take place on 11 October 2014 and the balloting will be effected via a computer network. The ballot results, including registration number, ballot result sequence and the checkin timeslot for registrants shall be posted at THE PAVILIA HILL Sales Office at 5:00 p.m. on 11 October 2014. The opening hours of THE PAVILIA HILL Sales Office on 11 October 2014 are from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 4. Persons interested in purchasing any of the specified residential properties (if the registrant is a company incorporated in Hong Kong, then any one of its directors) may obtain the form of Registration of Intent from the Sales Office and must submit personally (for new registrant) or by a representative with proper authorization document (for registrant who has previously registered):- (a) (b) the Registration of Intent duly completed and signed by the registrant; one cashier order in the sum of HK$300,000 (or two cashier orders each in the sum of HK$300,000 if the registrant is interested in purchasing two specified residential properties) made payable to WOO KWAN LEE & LO ; and

(c) a copy of the registrant s H.K.I.D. Card(s) or Passport(s) (as the case may be) or copy of Business Registration Certificate, Certificate of Incorporation and the latest Annual Return of the registrant and the H.K.I.D. Card of the Director of the registrant (if applicable) to THE PAVILIA HILL Sales Office on or before 11 October 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in order to register for eligibility to the balloting which shall take place on 11 October 2014. 5. Individual registrant(s) (whether in his/her own name or in joint names with any other party(ies)) can submit maximum 2 Registration of Intents and each registration will be entitled to purchase a maximum of 2 specified residential properties if the registrant has submitted two cashier orders each in the sum of HK$300,000, made payable to WOO KWAN LEE & LO. More than two registrations from the same registrant will not be accepted. 6. Company registrant(s) can submit maximum 1 Registration of Intent and each registration will be entitled to purchase only 1 specified residential property. More than one registration from the same company will not be accepted. 7. Late submission of registration will not be accepted. The Registration of Intent is personal to the registrant and shall not be transferrable. 8. The cashier order(s) will be used as part payment of the preliminary deposit for the purchase of the specified residential property(ies). 9. The Vendor reserves its right, after the acceptance of Registration of Intent, to reject the registration if the registrant does not meet the specific requirements. 10. The sale of specified residential properties is subject to availability. Please note that the completion of the confirmation and verification of a registrant s identity, any order of priority in respect of the selection of specified residential properties, or the Agent appointed by the Vendor s admittance of any person to the waiting queue does not guarantee that registrant / person will be able to purchase any residential property. 11. If the registrant has not purchased any specified residential property, the said cashier order(s) will be available for collection by the registrant in person at THE PAVILIA HILL Sales Office on or before 18 October 2014 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., except on the date(s) of ballot result announcement and the date(s) arranged for sale of any particular batch of specified residential properties from time to time. After all the check-in timeslot for registrants in the ballot results have expired, the remaining available specified residential properties will be offered to be sold on a first come first served basis. In case of any dispute, the Vendor reserves its absolute right to allocate any specified residential properties to any interested person. On 13 October 2014 and thereafter First come first served. In case of any dispute, the Vendor reserves its absolute right to allocate any specified residential properties to any interested person. 2014 年 10 月 12 日 ( 出售首日 ) 以抽籤方式決定優先次序, 有意購買該等指明住宅物業的人士或在香港註冊成立的公司 ( 不接受任何在香港以外註冊成立的公司 ) 須遵從下列程序 :- 1. 已遞交購樓意向登記的人士 ( 下稱 : 登記人 ) ( 如登記人為在香港註冊成立的公司, 則任何一位董事 ) 須於出售首日按照賣方委託的代理所公布之抽籤結果中所指示的 登記人報到時段 攜同其香港身份證或護照 ( 視屬何情況而定 ) 或商業登記證書 公司註冊證書 最新的周年申報表和董事的香港身份證 ( 如適用 ) 空白支票及購樓意向登記表格的正式收據親臨上環皇后大道中 181 號新紀元廣場 1 樓富聲魚翅海鮮酒家 ( 下稱 : 登記地點 ), 經賣方委託的代理確認並核實身

份後, 登記人可到香港皇后大道中 183 號中遠大廈地下至 3 樓柏傲山售樓處 ( 下稱 : 柏傲山售樓處 ), 根據抽籤結果順序揀選當時仍可供揀選的指明住宅物業 遞交購樓意向登記的次序不會影響揀選指明住宅物業的優先次序 於簽署臨時買賣合約購入任何指明住宅物業前, 登記人可即場要求賣方委託的代理加入直系親屬作為聯名買方, 惟必須出示令賣方委託的代理滿意之有效證明文件證明親屬關係 於抽籤結果中所指示 登記人報到時段 後才到達登記地點的登記人將被取消根據抽籤結果揀選指明住宅物業的資格 2. 已根據下文第 4, 5, 6 條進行登記的登記人可享有抽籤資格 每個個人登記人可獲最多兩個籌號, 公司登記人則只可獲一個籌號 惟各份籌號之揀選指明住宅物業的優先次序以登記人在相應的購樓意向登記表明意欲購入之指明住宅物業數量決定 ( 指明住宅物業數量最多兩間, 最少一間 ), 數量較多者優先 如多於一個購樓意向登記之表明意欲購入數量相同之指明住宅物業, 該等相應的籌號之優先次序會以抽籤決定 惟登記人所購入之指明住宅物業數量, 必須等同於登記人在相應的購樓意向登記表明意欲購入之指明住宅物業數量, 否則登記人將被取消根據抽籤結果揀選及以此購入任何指明住宅物業的資格 而登記人在每一個籌號購入之指明住宅物業, 不論是一間或是兩間, 都必須以同一份臨時買賣合約購買 3. 抽籤程序將於 2014 年 10 月 11 日進行, 抽籤以電腦操作 抽籤結果, 包括 登記號碼 抽籤結果順序 及 登記人報到時段, 將於 2014 年 10 月 11 日下午 5 時於柏傲山售樓處公布 柏傲山售樓處於 2014 年 10 月 11 日的開放時間為上午 11 時至晚上 8 時 4. 有意認購指明住宅物業的人士 ( 如登記人為在香港註冊成立的公司, 則任何一位董事 ) 可於柏傲山售樓處索取購樓意向登記表格, 並須於 2014 年 10 月 11 日下午 2 時或之前親身 ( 新登記人士 ) 或正式以書面授權代表 ( 曾經登記人士 ) 到柏傲山售樓處遞交.. (a) 已填妥及由登記人簽署的購樓意向登記表格 ; (b) (c) 一張港幣 $300,000 本票 ( 或如登記人有意認購兩個住宅物業, 則遞交兩張每張港幣 $300,000 之本票 ), 抬頭人為 胡關李羅律師行 及 ; 登記人的香港身份證或護照 ( 視屬何情況而定 ) 或商業登記證書 公司註冊證書 最新的周年申報表和董事的香港身份證副本 ( 如適用 ) 進行登記以取得參加 2014 年 10 月 11 日進行的抽籤程序的抽籤資格 5. 每個個人 ( 無論以其自己名義或與他方聯名 ) 可遞交最多兩份購樓意向登記表格, 每份購樓意向登記表格可認購最多兩個指明住宅物業, 惟登記人須遞交兩張每張港幣 $300,000 之本票, 抬頭人為 胡關李羅律師行 遞交多於兩份登記的登記人將不會被接受 6. 每個公司登記只可遞交最多一份購樓意向登記表格及認購最多一個指明住宅物業 遞交多於一份登記的公司將不會被接受 7. 逾期登記恕不受理 購樓意向登記只適用於登記人本人及不能轉讓 8. 已繳交之本票將會作為購買指明住宅物業的部份臨時訂金 9. 在接受購樓意向登記後, 如發現登記人未能符合指定的登記要求, 賣方保留權利拒絕其購樓意向 10. 將提供出售的指明住宅物業售完即止 任何已獲賣方委託的代理確認和核實身份 揀選指明住宅物業的次序的登記人或任何已獲賣方委託的代理接受輪候的人士均不保證該登記人或人士能購得任何指明住宅物業, 敬希垂注 11. 如登記人並無購入任何指明住宅物業, 可於 2014 年 10 月 18 日或之前上午 11 時至晚上 8 時內
