Please ensure ha you adhere o hese guidelines when compleing and submiing your noice submission. 1. No hand wrien noices will be acceped for processing, his includes Adobe forms which have been compleed by hand. 2. Noices can only be submied in Adobe elecronic form forma, o he email submission address submi.egazee@gpw.gov.za. All noice submissions no on Adobe elecronic forms will be rejeced. 3. When submiing your noice reques, please ensure ha a purchase order (GPW Accoun cusomer) or proof of paymen (non-gpw Accoun cusomer) is included wih your noice submission. All documenaion relaing o he noice submission mus be in a single email and mus be aached separaely. (In oher words, your email should have an Adobe Form plus proof of paymen/purchase order as 2 separae aachmens. Where noice conen is applicable, i should also be a 3rd separae aachmen). 4. Noices brough o GPW by walk-in cusomers on elecronic media can only be submied in Adobe elecronic form forma. 5. All walk-in cusomers wih noices ha are no on elecronic Adobe forms will be roued o he Conac Cenre where hey will be assised o complee he forms in he required forma. Where a cusomer walks ino GPW wih a sack of hard copy noices delivered by a messenger on behalf of any organisaion e.g. newspaper publisher, he messenger will be referred back o he sender as he submission does no adhere o he submission rules. 6. For Naional or Provincial gazee noices, he following applies: 6.1 These noices mus be accompanied by an elecronic Z95 or Z95Prov Adobe form 6.2 The noice conen (body copy) MUST be a separae aachmen. 7. The curren cu-off of all Gazee s remains unchanged for all channels. (Refer o he GPW websie for submission deadlines www.gpwonline.co.za) 8. Incorrecly compleed forms and noices submied in he wrong forma will be rejeced o he cusomer o be correced and resubmied. All re-submissions will be subjec o he sandard cu-off imes. 10. All submissions and re-submissions ha miss he cu-off will be rejeced o he cusomer o be submied wih a new publicaion dae. 11. Insrucions ha are on he email body or covering leer ha conradics he noice form conen will no be considered. 12. Requess for Quoaions (RFQs) should be received by he Conac Cenre a leas 24 hours before he submission deadline for ha specific publicaion. ApprovAl of noices 13. Any noices oher han legal noices are subjec o he approval of he Governmen Priner, who may refuse accepance or furher publicaion of any noice. Governmen priner indemnified AGAins liabiliy The Governmen Priner indemnified agains liabiliy 14. The Governmen Priner will assume no liabiliy in respec of 14.1 any delay in he publicaion of a noice or publicaion of such noice on any dae oher han ha sipulaed by he adveriser;

Copy of noices mus be submied using he relevan Adobe PDF form for he ype of noice o be placed and may no consiue par of any covering leer or documen. 17. Where he copy is par of a separae aachmen documen for Z95, Z95Prov and TForm03 paymen of cos 17.1 Copy of noices mus be supplied in a separae documen and may no consiue par of any covering leer, purchase order, proof of paymen or oher aached documens. The conen documen should conain only one noice. (You may include he differen ranslaions of he same noice in he same documen). 17.2 The noice should be se on an A4 page, wih margins and fons se as follows: Page size = A4 Porrai wih page margins: Top = 40mm, LH/RH = 16mm, Boom = 40mm; Use fon size: Arial or Helveica 10p wih 11p line spacing; Page size = A4 Landscape wih page margins: Top = 16mm, LH/RH = 40mm, Boom = 16mm; Use fon size: Arial or Helveica 10p wih 11p line spacing; 18. Where here is any doub abou he cos of publicaion of a noice, and in he case of copy, an enquiry, accompanied by he relevan copy, should be addressed o he Gazee Conac Cenre, Governmen Prining Works, PrivaeBag X85, Preoria, 0001 email: info.egazee@gpw.gov.za before publicaion. 21. Overpaymen resuling from miscalculaion on he par of he adveriser of he cos of publicaion of a noice will no be refunded, unless he adveriser furnishes adequae reasons why such miscalculaion occurred. In he even of underpaymens, he difference will be recovered from he adveriser, and fuure noice(s) will no be published unil such ime as he full cos of such publicaion has been duly paid in cash or elecronic funds ransfer ino he Governmen Prining Works banking accoun. 22. In he even of a noice being cancelled, a refund will be made only if no cos regarding he placing of he noice has been incurred by he Governmen Prining Works. 23.
