No requisition or objection shall be raised in respect of same. 8) On the exchange of contracts, the Vendor s solicitor shall send to the Purchaser s solicitor the CORT system of objections and requisitions on title with replies endorsed. General condition 17 will then apply to the replies of the Vendor and to any objection, further requisition or rejoinder the Purchaser s solicitor wishes to raise. 9) The Vendor shall discharge all local property tax relating to the subject property in advance of the completion of the sale and furnish the Purchaser with confirmation of payment on completion of the sale. The amount paid by the vendor in respect of local property tax relating to the subject Property shall be apportioned as between the Vendor and the Purchaser in accordance with the provision of General Condition 27.
