Download he laes Adobe form, for he relevan noice o be placed, from he Governmen Prining Works websie www.gpwonline.co.za. 5. The Adobe form needs o be compleed elecronically using Adobe Acroba / Acroba Reader. Only elecronically compleed Adobe forms will be acceped. No prined, handwrien and/or scanned Adobe forms will be acceped. 6. The compleed elecronic Adobe form has o be submied via email o submi.egazee@gpw.gov.za. The form needs o be submied in is original elecronic Adobe forma o enable he sysem o exrac he compleed informaion from he form for placemen in he publicaion. 7. Every noice submied mus be accompanied by an official GPW quoaion. This mus be obained from he egazee Conac Cenre. 8. Each noice submission should be sen as a single email. The email mus conain all documenaion relaing o a paricular noice submission. 8.1. Each of he following documens mus be aached o he email as a separae aachmen: 8.1.1. An elecronically compleed Adobe form, specific o he ype of noice ha is o be placed. 8.1.1.1. For Naional Governmen Gazee or Provincial Gazee noices, he noices mus be accompanied by an elecronic Z95 or Z95Prov Adobe form 8.1.1.2. The noice conen (body copy) MUST be a separae aachmen. 8.1.2. A copy of he official Governmen Prining Works quoaion you received for your noice. (Please see Quoaion secion below for furher deails) 8.1.3. A valid and legible Proof of Paymen / Purchase Order: Governmen Prining Works accoun cusomer mus include a copy of heir Purchase Order. Non-Governmen Prining Works accoun cusomer needs o submi he proof of paymen for he noice 8.1.4. Where separae noice conen is applicable (Z95, Z95 Prov and TForm 3, i should also be aached as a separae aachmen. (Please see he Copy Secion below, for he specificaions). 8.1.5. Any addiional noice informaion if applicable. 9. The elecronic Adobe form will be aken as he primary source for he noice informaion o be published. Insrucions ha are on he email body or covering leer ha conradics he noice form conen will no be considered. The informaion submied on he elecronic Adobe form will be published as-is. 10. To avoid duplicaed publicaion of he same noice and double billing, Please submi your noice ONLY ONCE. 11. Noices brough o GPW by walk-in cusomers on elecronic media can only be submied in Adobe elecronic form forma. All walk-in cusomers wih noices ha are no on elecronic Adobe forms will be roued o he Conac Cenre where hey will be assised o complee he forms in he required forma. 12. Should a cusomer submi a bulk submission of hard copy noices delivered by a messenger on behalf of any organisaion e.g. newspaper publisher, he messenger will be referred back o he sender as he submission does no adhere o he submission rules.

Take noe: GPW s annual ariff increase akes place on 1 April herefore any quoaions issued, acceped and submied for publicaion up o 31 March will keep he old ariff. For noices o be published from 1 April, a quoaion mus be obained from GPW wih he new ariffs. Where a ariff increase is implemened during he year, GPW endeavours o provide cusomers wih 30 days noice of such changes. 14. Each quoaion has a unique number. 15. Form Conen noices mus be emailed o he egazee Conac Cenre for a quoaion. 15.1. The Adobe form supplied is uploaded by he Conac Cenre Agen and he sysem auomaically calculaes he cos of your noice based on he layou/forma of he conen supplied. 15.2. I is criical ha hese Adobe Forms are compleed correcly and adhere o he guidelines as sipulaed by GPW. 16. APPLICABLE ONLY TO GPW ACCOUNT HOLDERS: 16.1. GPW Accoun Cusomers mus provide a valid GPW accoun number o obain a quoaion. 16.2. Accouns for GPW accoun cusomers mus be acive wih sufficien credi o ransac wih GPW o submi noices. 16.2.1. If you are unsure abou or need o resolve he saus of your accoun, please conac he GPW Finance Deparmen prior o submiing your noices. (If he accoun saus is no resolved prior o submission of your noice, he noice will be failed during he process). 17. APPLICABLE ONLY TO CASH CUSTOMERS: 17.1. Cash cusomers doing bulk paymens mus use a single email address in order o use he same proof of paymen for submiing muliple noices. 18. The responsibiliy lies wih you, he cusomer, o ensure ha he paymen made for your noice(s) o be published is sufficien o cover he cos of he noice(s). 19. Each quoaion will be associaed wih one proof of paymen / purchase order / cash receip. 19.1. This means ha he quoaion number can only be used once o make a paymen.

The conen documen should conain only one noice. (You may include he differen ranslaions of he same noice in he same documen). 20.2. The noice should be se on an A4 page, wih margins and fons se as follows: Page size = A4 Porrai wih page margins: Top = 40mm, LH/RH = 16mm, Boom = 40mm; Use fon size: Arial or Helveica 10p wih 11p line spacing; Page size = A4 Landscape wih page margins: Top = 16mm, LH/RH = 40mm, Boom = 16mm; Use fon size: Arial or Helveica 10p wih 11p line spacing; CAnCellATions 21. Cancellaion of noice submissions are acceped by GPW according o he deadlines saed in he able above in poin 2. Non-compliance o hese deadlines will resul in your reques being failed. Please pay special aenion o he differen deadlines for each gazee. Please noe ha any noices cancelled afer he cancellaion deadline will be published and charged a full cos. 22. Requess for cancellaion mus be sen by he original sender of he noice and mus accompanied by he relevan noice reference number (N-) in he email body. AmendmenTs To notices 23. Wih effec from 01 Ocober 2015, GPW will no longer accep amendmens o noices. The cancellaion process will need o be followed according o he deadline and a new noice submied hereafer for he nex available publicaion dae. rejections 24. All noices no meeing he submission rules will be rejeced o he cusomer o be correced and resubmied. Assisance will be available hrough he Conac Cenre should help be required when compleing he forms. Any noice submissions no on he correc Adobe elecronic form, will be rejeced. 24.3. Any noice submissions no accompanied by he proof of paymen / purchase order will be rejeced and he noice will no be processed. 24.4. Any submissions or re-submissions ha miss he submission cu-off imes will be rejeced o he cusomer. The Noice needs o be re-submied wih a new publicaion dae.

The copy of noice in layou forma (previously known as proof-ou) is only provided where requesed, for Adveriser o see he noice in final Gazee layou.
