One of he ways in which he syndicae operaes is by requesing quoaions for various goods and services on a quoaion form wih he logo of he Governmen Prining Works. Once he official order is placed he syndicae requesing upfron paymen before delivery will ake place. Once he upfron paymen is done he syndicae do no deliver he goods and service provider hen expec paymen from Governmen Prining Works.
