Section 15-Exceptions, is hereby further amended by adding the following subsections 15.58.14, 15.58.15, 15.58.16, 15.58.17, 15.58.18 and 15.58.19: 15.58.14 R1A.58.14 a) The maximum number of lots on all land zoned R1A.58.14 is 30. b) All lots shall have access and lot frontage on a private road having a minimum width of 6 metres. The yard abutting the private road shall be considered a front yard.
