All operation costs are included in the rent, which allow an unlimited access to the businesses employees of the complex, without any extra charge. Located on the rooftop mezzanine, the gym is about 6000 sq. ft. It will include a free weight and a CrossFit section, cardio equipment and more. Qualified staff will offer several courses like spinning, yoga, boxing, jogging and more, depending on tenants interests. Montreal, October 23 rd 2017 Lima Immobilier announces today its plan to pursue WELL Certification for its Fabrik8 Waverly project, by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI ) through its WELL Building Standard (WELL), which is the premier building standard to focus on enhancing people s health and wellness through the built environment.
