My mother always said the older you get, the faster the years fly by and boy, am I believing it now!! It seems like Leslie was just being installed as President and now she is reflecting on all the happenings that came her way in 2014. Everything Leslie did.she did with heart and soul. Leslie, there are not enough words to describe your leadership as President and your dedication to the Association is a credit to your character. A big Thank you to all of you who were so instrumental in all of the successful events and projects that were done in 2014!!!! We couldn t be who we are without YOU!!! Thanks again!!! I am looking forward to representing all of you in the coming year as your 2015 President. We have a very talented and committed Board and they are already working together to get things started in 2015. We will see many changes in our field this year and it is up to us to make sure they are done before June 2015. This is required by the PAR and NAR Association in order for us to retain the Beaver County Association of Realtors charter. We will keep you updated on all of the details as we move forward. Here are a few dates to mark down on your calendar: January 9 th is the deadline for the sales awards to be sent in, February 3 rd is the dinner the realtors will be serving in Aliquippa for Manna. This is a dinner in which all the offices participate as a group. February 4 th is the Sales Award Luncheon and it will be held at Shadow Lakes at 11:30. I hope to see all of you there without the snow like last year. It is a great event and it is nice to recognize our colleagues for a job well done. We will also announce the "Realtor of the Year" and the "Affiliate of the Year." If you need information on any of these events, please contact Karen or myself. There will be more information to come on all of the events in the newsletter. I am asking all of you to please make the time this year to be more involved in the Association and all of the community events that we have planned. Here is a copy of the Beaver County Association of REALTORS 2015 Budget. The main changes in the budget were Government Affairs and Professional Standards Co-Op. This budget was approved at the November 5th Charity Auction by the General Membership.

The Sales Award Broker Verification and the Sales Volume Sheet are included in the monthly newsletter for your convenience. Service Plus Awards The service plus award is new for 2014. Everyone is eligible for this award. You just have to meet the criteria of 10 points throughout the year. The Service Plus Awards are due by January 9th as well.
