Land Purchase, JV, or Turn-key Options Land Purchase The Developer will consider selling the two properties, with entitlements, for $28,500 per unit land cost. Both projects are zoned commercial and our proposed mixed uses are permitted under the respective zonings. Construction for both projects is estimated to begin by the 2 nd quarter of 2019, and fully leased in about 6-9 months.

LLC Managing Members Les Bick Les Bick is First West Realty s President and Principal Broker, and has been in real estate brokerage, investment, and development since 1966. His real estate endeavors include hotels, apartments, office buildings, mobile home parks, self-storage, land, and multi-use properties.
