Proposed plan to construct a 2 Kms elevated road between Vatika City and Badshahpur Market. 1,700 acres is to be developed for IMT Sohna by HSIIDC making it three times the size of IMT Manesar. This is located just 5 Kms from Ashiana Anmol. In this region, an area of 6,110 hectares (,725 acres) would be developed with residential density of 300 persons per hectare; the plan has been prepared for a projected population of 6 lakhs by 2031. Keystone Knowledge Park and Biotech SEZ for the Pharmaceutical industry are also being set up in Sohna over 21 acres on the Sohna-Palwal Road. Sohna is going to become a major residential hub because of the entry of renowned real estate players. Ample schools and educational institutes are located in the vicinity. For instance, schools like Delhi Public School, Ryan International, Pathways, GD Goenka World School etc are located nearby. For the college going, there are institutes like KIIT, GD Goenka University, KR Manglam University and JK Business School. Gurgaon being a hub of medical tourism, multi-specialty hospitals like Medanta, Artimis, Paras, Fortis, Max etc. are all located within 10-20 minutes from Ashiana Anmol.
