404 EC2007-511 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INC. ACT FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE REGULATIONS NORTH LAKE FISH CO-OPERATIVE LIMITED GUARANTEE OF LOAN AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Prince Edward Island Business Development Inc. Act Financial Assistance Regulations (EC259/05), Council authorized the Corporation to amend the loan guarantee for North Lake Fish Cooperative Limited to the National Bank issued via Order-in-Council EC2007-238 dated 17 April 2007 to increase the amount of the guarantee to a maximum amount of $2,900,000.00 for the period 16 August 2007 to 15 September 2007, subject to terms and conditions as required by the Corporation. Accordingly, Order-in-Council EC2007-238 is hereby amended by deleting the words 15 August 2007, and thereafter, reduced to a maximum amount of $1,600,000.00 for the period 16 August 2007 through. This Order-in-Council is deemed to have come into force effective 15 August 2007. EC2007-530 PROPERTY NO. 926303, LOT 22, QUEENS COUNTY SUBDIVISION RESTRICTION AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition prohibiting subdivision in respect of approximately eighty-seven (87) acres of land, being Provincial Property No. 926303 located in Lot 22, Queens County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by River Ridge Vineyard Estates Ltd. of Hope River, Prince Edward Island. Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of one lot of approximately twenty-five (25) acres, SUBJECT TO the subdivided parcel being consolidated with the adjacent Provincial Property No. 892687. Further, Council determined that the subdivision restriction shall continue to apply to the consolidated property of approximately twenty seven (27) acres, as well as to the remaining land. This Order-in-Council comes into force on 28 August 2007.

411 EC2007-531 PROPERTY NO. 494286, LOT 18, PRINCE COUNTY IDENTIFICATION FOR NON-DEVELOPMENT USE AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition of non-development use pursuant to section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) in respect of approximately forty-eight (48) acres of land, being Provincial Property No. 494286 located in Lot 18, Prince County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by Shore Lane Farms Ltd. of Kensington, Prince Edward Island. Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of a seven decimal five (7.5) acre parcel of land and determined that following subdivision, identification for non-development use shall continue to apply to the subdivided parcel and the remaining land. This Order-in-Council comes into force on 28 August 2007. EC2007-532 PROPERTY NO. 82719, LOT 18, PRINCE COUNTY IDENTIFICATION FOR NON-DEVELOPMENT USE AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition of non-development use pursuant to section 2 of the Land Identification Regulations (EC606/95) in respect of approximately forty-four (44) acres of land, being Provincial Property No. 82719 located in Lot 18, Prince County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by Shore Lane Farms Ltd. of Kensington, Prince Edward Island. Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of a twelve decimal five (12.5) acre parcel of land and determined that following subdivision, identification for non-development use shall continue to apply to the subdivided parcel and the remaining land. This Order-in-Council comes into force on 28 August 2007.
