The property is located in Donna, Texas which is about 40 miles west of Brownsville and 150 miles southwest of Corpus Christi. It is bordered on the east by Weslaco, and on the west by Alamo. The southern boundary of the town is a few miles north of the Rio Grande, the international border between the United States and Mexico. One of the original motto s of the city is A city with a heart in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley. This property was part of 7-Eleven s recent acquisition of 1,030 Sunoco convenience stores in 17 states. This acquisition by 7-Eleven, Inc. was the largest acquisition in 7-Eleven s history and brings their total stores to about 9,700.
