All leases must be a minimum of six (6) months. 2. Owners are not permitted to lease their homes until one (1) year after ownership. 3. Week to week (temporary/transient) rentals are prohibited. 4. No sub-leasing permitted. 5. PETS: Traditional house pets are permitted 0NLY (dogs, cats, fish and only one (1) caged bird) 6. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of your private residence. This is not only an Association requirement but a City Ordinance. 7. Each unit is limited to two designated parking spaces (either garage or garage with assigned outdoor space). 8.
