BUILD-OUT AND TENANT IMPROVEMENT PACKAGE Suites 132, 136 and 140 in the south wing of Lincoln Professional Center are in the process of being fully remodeled. The total area comprising these suites is approximately 4,580 SF. It is feasible that this entire area could be converted into a single suite; however, the current plan is to complete each of the three suites as currently designed. At present, the walls are framed in accordance with that design. If you choose to lease one or all of these suites for a minimum term of 5 years and in accordance with the rate and structure of the tenancy requested by the Landlord, the Landlord will provide this package: Ceiling: A suspended T-bar system set at the height of 9 feet.
