BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS Total building capacity is 8,000 amps, 77/80 volts. The building is on the Nashville District Energy System (DES). This energy efficient system provides chilled water via a network of underground piping throughout downtown, alleviating the need for chillers and cooling towers. A large capacity of chilled water is currently being provided, and the system is capable of adding tonnage if required for multiple high-density floor users. Each floor contains an AHU that serves a medium pressure ductwork and VAV system. Heat is provide by electric perimeter reheat boxes.
