Dwelling houses renovation in Latvia ERDF support program for 2014-2020 provides a total of EUR 166 million Support s intended rater and provider - ALTUM. The planned ways of support are: - Grant - Guarantees for commercial bank loans and direct Altum loan; - Technical advice to reduce the risks of energy efficiency improvement of project preparation and implementation stage. Conditions for energy efficiency improvement projects in order to qualify for this support will be: - One owner does not own more than 20% of the total residential property or residential space group number (the restriction does not apply to municipalities); - Non-residential floor space does not exceed 25% of the residential buildings of the total area; - Consumption of thermal energy for heating after renovation does not exceed 90 kwh / m2 per year; The hose debt amount for services received in connection with the use of residential property in the last year is less than 10% of the total amount of the bill; Investments must be economically justified - the project internal rate of return (IRR) is bigger than 0, calculated in period of 20 years. The planned amount of grant support: 36% (25% (ALTUM)) - 89-90 kwh / m2 per year; 43% (30% (ALTUM)) - 71-80 kwh / m2 per year; 50% (35% (ALTUM)) - 70 kwh / m2 per year.
