Why 302 West Third 302 W 3rd Street ( 302) was originally built in 1915 as the Crown Overall Manufacturing Co. facility and fully renovated and expanded in 2000 at a cost of approximately $14 million. The nine-story, 177,000 square foot asset offers an authentically creative office environment with 14 foot exposed ceilings and ductwork, large windows, efficient floor plates as well as robust power and telecom infrastructure courtesy of one of the main fiber trunk lines in Cincinnati directly in front of the building.
