Claudio Vittori Antisari Summary Claudio is an Architect specialized in BIM and Computational Design, currently working as Bim Manager at Citterio-Viel & Partners, BIM leading architectural firm based in Milan, Italy. From 2009, he has being part of a BIM and Computational Design pioneer group in the RomaTre University under Professor Stefano Converso. During his last 7 years of experience, he has had the the opportunity to work in different BIM roles in different world areas from BIM researcher to BIM consultant up to BIM manager. As Site Operation Coordinator of the University Roma Tre project team (named Med in Italy ) he participated to the competition organized within the Solar Decathlon Europe in Madrid. The endeavour included the design and construction (supported by the BIM software) of a residential 50 m2 completely selfsustainable solar energy house. The team achieved an overall third placement among twenty teams from international universities. Specifically: First in Sustainability, Second in House Functioning, and Third in Architecture, Innovation, Communication and Energy Balance. The Project was commented on major Italian newspapers, state and private television networks. As the Site Operation Coordinator he worked during the whole construction process which lasted three months both in Italy and Spain and he presented the objectives and philosophy of the project to the international jury; furthermore he was the team member in charge of site logistics and he also performed construction worker activities. Student BIM Coordinator at Team Med in Italy - Solar Decathlon Europe 2012 January 2011 - September 2012 (1 year 9 months) Claudio has been a relevant member for the Med In Italy Team that participated to the Solar Decathlon Europe 2012, since the earlier stages. He highly contribute to the BIM design phase: creation of the Revit shared model to be used to collect, organize, elaborate, and communicate all relevant information concerning the project; use of the model for the architectural design, constructive/structural design, and logistics plans to deal with the several Project Partners (firms and architects). The main companies include Roubner House, Winaico, Ambrogio and Giramonti (International Truck Service). The most important individual was Prof. Ginevra Salerno from the Engineering School of University Roma Tre who provided the structural design of the house. Tutor at IES Abroad January 2010 - July 2012 (2 years 7 months) He acted as a tutor for groups of university students from the United States: he organized activities for their inclusion in the Italian culture and society and supervised their stay in Italy by acting as liaison with the study abroad program company and the hosting facilities firms. BIM Lab Assistant BIM Researcher at Università degli Studi Roma Tre - Techiche Parametriche di Progettazione (Parametrical Design) 2010-2012 (2 years) From the academic year 2009-2010 on, he is a teaching assistant for the Parametrical Design course at the Department of Architecture of the University Roma Tre in Rome.
